Mellitah Gas Compressor Station exports Mellitah Complex treated Gas to Gela (Italy).

The Station has 5 Compressor Trains, each of them composed by a GE Gas Turbine (FR5 MS5002) and two Centrifugal Compressor (BCL), and two Heat Recovery units (Steam Boilers).

The Maintenance Services & Running Operation Assistance covers the complete Maintenance process and the Assistance to Company Operation of the Station in terms of Station Analysis and Maintenance Engineering, scheduling and planning and the activities execution including also spare parts management and improvement and upgrade.

All Maintenance process is managed trough a CMMS system.

Site structure is composed by a dedicated Staff and Management Group, a Maintenance Engineering Team and large Team for the execution of activities divided into all the disciplines and covering all the Equipments installed in the Station.

The Contract covers also the yearly Shut Down/T&I: these activities included washing of tanks, vessel, spheroid, columns.
