General Maintenance Service of the Mellitah Complex (NC41 & Wafa Coastal Plant)
Mellitah Complex is a huge Gas Treatment Plant located in the southern shore of the Mediterranean see approximately 80 km West Tripoli. Then Plant receives and treat Gas, Oil and Condensate from WAFA Desert Plant, from the offshore platform of Sabratah and from El Feel Plant.
The Complex produces 6.66 BSCM/year of Gas and delivers it to the Gas Compressor Station (Greenstream – Mellitah) that export the Gas to Italy, and in the next future also to the Local Gas Compressor Station.
The plant has been designed to treat sweet Gas, acid Gas (high percentage of H2S) and unstable condensate.
The General Maintenance Service Contract covers the complete Maintenance process, from the Analysis and Maintenance Engineering phase, up to the execution, passing trough scheduling and planning, spare parts management and an autonomous logistics organization.
Site structure is composed by a dedicated Staff and Management Group, a strong Maintenance Engineering Team and large Team for the execution of activities divided into all the disciplines and covering all the Functional Units under the contract.
The Contract covers also the yearly Shut Down/T&I: these activities include washing of tanks, vessel, spheroid, columns.
Average resources mobilised and dedicated to the project are as follow:
