Phase 1 – Plant Implementation

Engineering, supply of materials, construction, commissioning and start-up of a Gas Compression Station (early injection) for underground storage activities. Besides the Contract includes management and operation of the compression station for a minimum period of 2 years. The plant includes:

• two gas Moto compressor groups for gas injection
• two diesel Moto generators Perkins 380-415V, 50 Hz 500KVA
• all necessary auxiliary facilities such as: gas filter system, gas cooling system and flaring

Phase 1 Contract Period: started on 2008 will be completed on September 2009

Phase 1 value: € 14,000,000

Phase 2 – Plant Operation

Full Operation & Maintenance of the Station to storage natural gas from the existing distribution network to the Bordolano reservoir.

The Operation & Maintenance contract includes:

• Smoth and continuous station running trough a dedicated team;
• Maintenance engineering, spare parts management and activities schedule with the aim of CMMS system, implemented and installed for the scope of work;
• Planned and unplanned maintenance interventions performed by a dedicated maintenance crew.

Phase 2 Contract period: from September 2009 to September 2011

Phase 2 value: € 11,800,000

Phase 3 – Plant Decommissioning

Plant will be decommissioned and disassembled for further relocation after the operational period.

Phase 3 value: € 2,368,000
