Aksay (Karachaganak) – Maintenance, Electro-instrumental Works, Shut Down and other services

The Contract covers the Execution of Maintenance and Turnaround Activities. Also some procurement is done on behalf of the client.

The Plant is a Gas Treatment Plant with a Gas and Condensate Production of average 200.000 barrels/day and 700 millions cf/day. It is mainly composed by:

Oil and Gas Treatment Plant
Gas Reinjection Plant
Pipelines, Flowlines and Trunklines Network System

The Contract changing trays in the yearly Shut Down / T&I: these activities include washing of tanks, vessels, spheroids, debottlenecking and upgrading.

Average resources mobilised and dedicated to the project are as follow:

400 People Site Team for Maintenance, at peak 1200 people
Logistics: Industrial Site Facilities (Warehouse/Workshop) / Equipment & Tools
Training Program (for Kazakhs)
