In order to improve working conditions (safety and technological), Greenstream decided, in accordance with the suggestion of the main contractor Bonatti, to expand the offices of Mellitah by adding another floor to the building and revising the original layout.

An additional area of 400 sqm, was constructed without disturbing the normal activities of GreenStream and Bonatti staff.

The safety aspect was considered to be a primary objective, particularly because the work was constructed over the control room. No disturbance was caused to normal operations nor production losses experienced.

The offices have panelled walls and are equipped with up-to-date office furniture with a stair connecting to the ground floor. The first floor has high quality marble finishes and stainless steel handrails.

The works were carried out by Bonatti Overseas Construction staff with the support of the maintenance team.
