Foreword
Bonatti is an International General Contractor providing Construction, Engineering, Procurement, Operation & Maintenance services to the Oil & Gas and Power industries. Bonatti has always been committed to maintain Clients’ confidence in the ability of Bonatti to meet their needs and expectations by strictly observing contract terms and complying with the provisions of the Corporate Policy for Safety, Health and Environment which guarantees the health and safety of employees and the protection of the areas in which they operate.
Objectives
To achieve these committments and to continuously improve performance, the following objectives have been set:
• To comply with contract requirements and national and international laws, regulations and standards;
• To promote constant improvement of company’s performance;
• To meet all Customers’ needs and expectations;
• To guarantee internal efficiency through continuous improvement of the organizations and their capabilities, whether applied to product/ service quality or to professional skills in general;
• To research technical and operating solutions to add value to the company’s products, to increase safety, facilitate maintenance and minimize environmental impact;
• To ensure that all of the company’s activities are performed in accordance with the principles of fair competition, honesty, integrity, fairness and good faith as set forth in the Code of Ethics adopted by Bonatti.
Implementation
This quality policy shall be distributed at every level of the company, to the companies operating on our sites, to all foreign branches and in the headquarters.
All the BUSINESS UNITS shall:
• Guarantee planning of actions aimed at the achievement of the identified objectives.
• Ensure feedback of data needed for monitoring the procedure for achievement of the objectives.
• Guarantee the necessary involvement of personnel at every level, as well as subcontractors and suppliers involved in the projects.
These commitments are applied to each of the projects undertaken by, through the adoption of an integrated quality management system that is aimed at constant performance improvement in accordance with the ISO 9000 regulations which currently represent the state of the art in this subject.
