Bonatti is committed to continuously improving its Local Content through
three main cornerstones: Workforce, Local Partners and Community.

Maximising Local Content is not the same as maximising the benefits
of Local Content: therefore Bonatti’s goal is to become a Local Company.

 

 

LOCAL PARTNERS DEVELOPMENT

To compete effectively in the global energy market, and to sustain local communities, it is imperative to source goods and services locally, and to encourage close cooperation with local firms to expand our Supply Chain, wherever and whenever possible with no compromise in quality, delivery, timing or costs.
Bonatti has a rigorous procedure for supplier selection and monitoring, through our “Best Practices” application, ensuring each supplier has the capability to meet the necessary business requirements.
We have developed contract and procurement procedures that ensure local Companies are treated equitably in the bid process and we work closely with suppliers ensuring they are aware of Bonatti’s future work commitments and that they can provide the necessary capacity.
Bonatti Operations promote sustainable development of local services in those areas that support our operations, including the development of people, support services and their associated infrastructure.
Our goal is to create a solid network of local partners which comply with Bonatti’s demanding qualification requirements, that add value to our Client’s assets.

 

TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES

 

While its operations grow, Bonatti is dedicated to recruiting and training the local workforce as well as partnering with local companies, universities and educational institutions to help drive the local community’s economy.
