Bonatti is a Company leader in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry and Power Generation. The Company is able to provide through its organisation, Engineering and Detail Design, Procurement of Project Materials and to erect and construct plants in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation fields.
These points strongly qualify Bonatti as a Main Contractor for Lump Sum Turn Key (EPC/LSTK) Contracts.
The deep and specific know-how acquired in the oil, natural gas and power generation plants allows Bonatti to develop the following upstream facilities:
- Gathering system and transport facilities;
- Multi-phase pumping;
- Tri-phase separation (oil, gas, water);
- Crude oil dehydration and desalting;
- Production activation (gas lift);
- Production improvement (water and gas injection);
- Gas compression and oil pumping;
- Power plant and power distribution.
With almost 50 years of experience in the construction of Turn Key Plants, Bonatti has built up an outstanding position in the Italian market, and later in the international scenario, where it has consolidated its presence in Libya, Algeria, Kazakhstan, and recently, with growing success, in Saudi Arabia.
The Company’s most important clients include worldwide known International and National Oil Companies such as NOC Libya, Sonatrach, Saudi Aramco, ENI, Repsol, Chevron Texaco, Wintershall, Total, etc.
Bonatti applies its know-how and management talent not only in developing new projects but also in revamping and improving existing Plants with great efficiency, by optimising their production and/or adapting them to the new environmental regulations and standards.
Thanks to its Engineering Centre located in Fano, Bonatti is able to provide and develop Basic Design of Projects and carry out FEED studies and verifications, together with all necessary Detail Engineering services for EPC/LSTK Contracts.
Its Engineers also participate directly on site during construction in order to grant suitable technical supervision works and to coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
The specific Project Management and Project Control Units provide resources in all work phases to ensure that projects are developed in full conformity with the schedule and budget.
